  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
